Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any services offered by palago. By creating an account, making a deposit, or accessing any palago game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the palago platform. You must be at least 21 years of age to use palago.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and palago ("palago", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at palago.one. These Terms govern your access to and use of all palago services, including but not limited to casino games, bingo, slots, live dealer tables, fishing games, account management tools, payment processing features, promotional programmes, and customer support channels.

To register and maintain a palago account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
palago reserves the right to perform identity and eligibility verification at any stage. Providing false eligibility information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending balances.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered palago account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If palago detects multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device, IP address, GCash number, bank account, or other identifying information — palago reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated winnings, and retain any deposited funds pending investigation.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. palago is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your palago login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your palago account credentials is your responsibility. You must notify palago support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 KYC Verification. palago may require Know Your Customer (KYC) document verification at any time, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or upon suspicion of fraudulent activity. Required documents typically include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, driver's license) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. palago accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank, subject to availability and any applicable transaction limits. Supported methods may change without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits to your palago wallet are generally credited instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. palago is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system downtime.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. Same-day processing to GCash is available for fully KYC-verified accounts that have met all bonus wagering requirements. palago reserves the right to carry out additional verification before approving any withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices.
4.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in the palago platform at the time of transaction. palago reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
5.1 General. palago may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which supplement these general Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts will be stated in each promotion's specific terms. palago is not obligated to award bonus funds where eligibility conditions are not met.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. palago reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and close accounts in cases of suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of promotional rules in a manner inconsistent with legitimate gameplay.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal. palago reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
All games available on the palago platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules prevail for matters relating to game outcomes.
palago's RNG-based games use independently certified Random Number Generator technology to ensure unpredictable, fair outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time under studio monitoring protocols. Game outcomes are final once the result is declared by the platform or live dealer.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game play or outcome integrity, palago reserves the right to void the affected game round and return stakes to the players involved. palago is not liable for losses resulting from a User's own technical issues, including connectivity failures or device malfunctions.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the palago platform:
Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities including PAGCOR.
All content on the palago platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, interface design, software code, text, and promotional materials, is the property of palago or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the palago platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any palago content without express written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, palago's total liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
palago is not liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; (b) loss of profits or data; (c) service interruptions caused by third-party providers including payment processors, internet service providers, or game software vendors; (d) losses resulting from a User's failure to comply with these Terms.
palago makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Access to certain games or features may be restricted for maintenance without prior notice.

palago reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) the User has violated these Terms; (b) the User has provided false registration information; (c) palago has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; (d) a self-exclusion request is received from the account holder or an authorized third party.
Upon closure of an account for conduct violations, palago reserves the right to retain any balance pending investigation and to report relevant information to Philippine regulatory authorities. Upon voluntary closure by the User where no violations exist, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the User's verified withdrawal method within 10 business days.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal proceedings, Users must first submit a written complaint to palago's support team. palago undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within 48 hours and to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes within 14 calendar days.
palago reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive. Your continued use of the palago platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account.
